This is a great alternative to ice cream, kids don't know any different and you can have a bowl without feeling like you are breaking the diet!
- 1 Frozen banana
- 2 Cups Frozen cherries
- 30 Mills of Milk of your choice
- Coconut to garnish
- Place all ingredients into a food processor and blitz until smooth.
- Add more milk if not smooth enough.
- Serve in 2 bowls and sprinkle with coconut and enjoy!
