This banana bread is really quick to make and great for afternoon tea. I often make this when I know I have visitors coming over.
- 3 Ripe bananas mashed
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3 cups Self raising flour
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Beat the eggs and sugar together.
Add the mashed banana and mix well.
Stir in the flour until combined well.
Line a loaf tin approx 22cm with baking paper.
Cook for approx 50 minutes until the top is golden.
Slice and enjoy!
