This is great for a treat and perfect to make as a plate for an afternoon or morning tea.
Ingredients
155 grams Butter melted
3/4 cup Choc chips, we used Cadbury
1/2 cup Raw Sugar or coconut sugar
1 tablespoon Honey
1/2 cup Coconut
1/2 cup Whole meal flour
1 cup Sultanas
1 cup Rolled oats
Method
Preheat oven at 180 degrees.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl until well mixed.
Place in a 20cm tray lined with baking paper.
Press mixture into tray evenly.
Bake on 180 degrees for 15- 20 mins until slightly golden.
Once cooled cut into slices.
Enjoy!
For a thicker slice double the mixture!
