It is hard to believe that this smoothie has cauliflower in it and still tastes delicious. Great for on the go breakfasts and afternoon tea!
Ingredients

2 cups cauliflower

2 frozen bananas

500 mills of almond milk

1 teaspoon of rice malt syrup

1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

cinnamon to sprinkle
Method

Pop all ingredients into a Blender and blitz on high until smooth, if using a Themomix blitz for 2 minutes on high, you want the cauliflower to be processed really well with no graininess.

Pour into 2 glasses and enjoy!
