Children all over the country will be super excited to know that one of the most loved dogs in the world is coming to Australia for the very first time. Tickets are on sale now direct from the venues.
Spot, the iconic puppy created by author Eric Hill and adorable star of hundreds of children’s books, will come to life on stage in a fun musical adventure aimed at children aged two years and up.
In the show Spot and his friends are off on an adventure to visit Spot’s dad Sam on the farm and meet the farm animals. But when they arrive all the animals are missing, presumed lost! It’s up to Spot and his friend Helen the hippopotamus to find them, along with the help of their new friends in the audience!
On stage Spot and Helen will come to life thanks to the puppeteers of Theater Terra. The 50 minute show has already been a smash hit in China, Japan and on Broadway in New York.
“We are proud to bring SPOT – LIVE to Australian audiences. It is an incredible warm, engaging production that has been well received around the world, with one of the most loved children’s book characters of all time” said Michiel Morssinkhof, Executive Producer, Theater Terra.
